A:AnswerI don't know when the promotion ends but the 1 and 2 year warrantys you have to buy. The 2 year warranty was like 200$ and the 1 year warranty was a little less than that.
A:AnswerVolume is fine. I have a moderate hearing loss myself and have no problems with the handset for calls. I also paired my Apple Airpods to the S8 and am able to use them for long calls to enrich the audio quality.
A:AnswerHello! We appreciate your interest in our products. An unlocked smartphone is a phone that isn't tied to a specific carrier or contract. Therefore, you have the freedom to shop for the latest phones and plans as often — or as infrequently — as you like. Plus, they don't come preloaded with numerous carrier applications that take up space on your phone. And when it comes to international travel, unlocked phones can't be beaten. We hope this answers your question and helps you with your purchase decision. ^Rod
A:AnswerI purchased an unlocked S8 on Long Island, New York a few weeks ago. The Best Buy rep sold me the phone, contacted my provider for me to have the service transferred from my old S4, and then transferred all my contacts, apps and data to the new phone for me. The whole process took a bit over an hour in store, but would have been much shorter if I'd skipped transferring my files between phones (which can be done on your own afterward if need be).
Hope this helps.
A:AnswerDid you put your sprint SIM card in it? I have AT&T and I have added 2 unlocked phones with no problem... is your sim card the small size? If not, ask Sprint for a small one that fits. Make sure the sim card is in the right way. I have always been able to go to Best Buy with any questions or problems I have had. They are very helpful. Hope this helps and good luck.
A:AnswerHello! We appreciate your interest in our products. The purpose of an unlocked device is to provide you the freedom to use what service works best for you around the world. However, it is always a good idea to confirm with the carrier in your country you intend to use the device in that there will be no complications. We hope this answer your question and helps you with your purchase decision! ^Rod
A:AnswerHello! We appreciate your interest in our products. You would need to be part of T-mobile's network to be able to use their services and we'd suggest reaching out to them for specific questions regarding their apps and services. We hope this answers your question and helps you with your purchase decision. ^Rod
A:AnswerAll unlocked phone works everywhere. The problem is that how many phone carrier that is in your country once you decide to lock onto that company?
A:AnswerAny fees incurred would be that of the service provider you select and have nothing to do with the unlocked nature of the phone. Shop around if you are no longer under contract with AT&T.
