A:AnswerAs you must have read in the ratings and throughout this Q&A that Samsung has been slow in updates to the unlocked US version's of the S7 phones. Hopefully they improve on this. The carriers have nothing to do with OTA updates, it's Samsung who will handle it.

As guys from Best buy answered me, there is only pre-order starts on 9 May, you have to wait 1-2 weeks for delivery. May be it's true, may be not. Hope it will be available for pickup in the store :) Will see.
A:AnswerAFAIK there currently isn't (through Best Buy in-store at least). This may be subject to change, it would almost certainly depend on the carrier however (most promos usually do, so for an unlocked s8/s8+, I doubt you'll get a promo). You can always do a trade-in in store on the S7 for in-store credit or sell it 3rd party if you choose to do so.
