AFAIK there currently isn't (through Best Buy in-store at least). This may be subject to change, it would almost certainly depend on the carrier however (most promos usually do, so for an unlocked s8/s8+, I doubt you'll get a promo). You can always do a trade-in in store on the S7 for in-store credit or sell it 3rd party if you choose to do so.
