• Yes all of Verizon smartphones these days are unlocked and world phones. That's why it has a U on the end of the model #. People need to know what they are talking about before answering. Cause people that said no are very incorrect.

• yes for as low as $32 for 24 month or $659 for full retail price I think it should be around that price
