Q: QuestionCustomer service told me they didn't think best Buy would ship S8 pre-orders till 4/21 and then via ground. That is quite different than what everyone else is doing. can someone confirm when they will ship and when they are to arrive? Very disorganized.

• A:Answer If you purchase through best buy no, I asked three different Best Buy representatives on three different occasions if I'd be eligible for the VR headset and the experience box, but due to their lack of knowledge on the promotion I'm not eligible for it. I asked on multiple occasions that even though the promotion ended on 4/20 and Best Buy wasn't providing my phone until 4/21 if I'd still be eligible for the promotion and on every occasion I was told yes by different reps. I picked up my phone today and Samsung is saying I'm no longer eligible.

• A:Answer Yes. Full instructions are on Samsung website. But the short of it is yes, once you receive the phone you mail in the receipt to Samsung and they will send it out with 6-8weeks.
