A: I asked the same question at AT&T. All I received was they must be losing money. I highly doubt that

A: I am an AT&T Customer, and I got an AT&T Samsung Galaxy S8, meaning that it has the Google apps from Android, the Samsung apps that Samsung adds as apps when they personalize the operating system, and AT&T adds their apps when they personalize the operating system. This may sound frustrating, but AT&T's spam call blocker and drive mode apps are fantastic. Anyway, I bought the AT&T version of the phone in a Best Buy store at the AT&T kiosk in the store. I used a payment plan because I was eligible for upgrade. So my phone bill will increase by a small amount for a couple of years. In the store, I only paid the tax on the transaction.
A: If your carrier is straight talk and you have a att sim card, you can just go buy a att s8 and put in your sim. It should work (well mine did) no need to put the AT&T sim in that comes with the phone just put the straight talk sim in and the apn settings.
