Well that offered is gone. To get the free items you have to do it thru samsung website. There is a link for it when you search and its going to ask you for a copy of the preorder not the recipe when you got the phone because it not goinf to match the dates. Plus is going to ask you for some i formation that you only can find inside the phone. It's some numbers. After that you send it. I already got mine here home yesterday but when it first come out u wanted to get the $99 box but it wasn't available.

This was a promotion that had to be submitted by a certain date. If you contact Samsung they should be able to assist further.

The pre-order items you get when you register and confirm your purchase at samsungpromotions.com and according to the site will come in like 6 to 8 weeks if it confirmed. It denied me twice but I just had to keep resubmitting until it was accepted. The $99 promo was sold out day one according to the website.

You can redeem the promotion through the Shop Samsung app but you have to have the phone first. Once you have it, download the Shop Samsung App and go into the Promotions tab. Click the "Register" button under the promotion and it will walk you through the steps to redeem. The option to purchase up to the $99 option comes after your registration has been approved. Unfortunately, as of today (4/24) the $99 option has sold out and is no longer her available.

During the ordering process, it will give you the option to pick up the phone or have it shipped to you once the phone is available (April 17). Call the nearest store to get the answers to the other questions.
