Universal unlocked S8 is probably what you want. Best buy usually has two prices on the website. Cheapest price is with a carrier, more expensive is without any carrier. Phone I purchased is universal unlocked and works great with a no name carrier. Best buy website has a great explanation of universal unlocked vs just an unlocked phone.
