“I have sprint and i am not able to connect my new samsung 8s plus( i bough it at best buy ) to my account.i went to couple sprint stores they say its nothing they can do. How come. I cant return phone since i opened and been over 30 days. What i should do”

Did you put your sprint SIM card in it? I have AT&T and I have added 2 unlocked phones with no problem... is your sim card the small size? If not, ask Sprint for a small one that fits. Make sure the sim card is in the right way. I have always been able to go to Best Buy with any questions or problems I have had. They are very helpful. Hope this helps and good luck.
