Not to sound utterly useless, but it is all a matter of preference. I would personally recommend going to your local best buy and taking a look/feel at their floor model to make your choice. As the only bonuses of the S8+ over the S8 are a bigger screen and a slightly bigger battery. Which is best, depends on your preference on size and how much you need that slightly bigger battery. That being said I love my S8+. Sorry if I wasn't much help.
