• Yes Snapchat works through this device. Though Snapchat only allows you to use your account on one device at a time so you must sign in and out when switching between devices. Camera isn't the highest quality.

• I don't use snapchat but we do use other social media such as hangout and Skype. It has a quad core processor so I'm sure it can handle snapchat
