• This is the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 and it is not equipped with a sim card. I am assuming you meant a micro sd card slot. If so, then yes this device has a slot for a micro sd card.

• There are models that supports the sim card, just find the ones that has 4G features in it.

• No SIM for Cellular, only WiFi. If you have a Smart Phone you can use that as a HotSpot for your WiFi connection.
