• Great tablet for that purpose. If you have an HDMI input for you stereo buy a Google Chromecast and you can easily push Panadora etc. to you sound system. It is an excellent entertainment device for serving Netflix or HBO GO, Hulu, etc.

• You can download your music from another device onto an SD card and just stick it in the slot and run it from whatever program you choose. I use the Google Play music (already downloaded free) similar to iTunes.

• music is probably one of the best things I like about mine. there is Samsung Milk which is similar to Pandora, etc. It is awesome. I purchased Jet Music for mine, and I love it. You can store your songs on a micro sd.
