2 games I love to play on my iphone 6 (basic model not S) are Sim City buildit and Cooking fever. Both run VERY slow on this tablet. Is this just lower end hardware? Android issue?

I run army if heroes, boom beach, clash of clans, clash of zombies, God's of Olympus, samurai siege and transformers earth wars. They all load fast and run smooth.
