Q: QuestionHow do i get apps to store on sd card? Within 1 day the storage is full and there's a 32G card installed! I have gone to storage settings and moved the apps to sd card, but it doesn't free up the space on the device storage. I might have to return these!

• A:Answer go to apps in settings. some apps will move to an sd card, but some will not. most of the apps that come loaded on the unit will not move.

Q: QuestionHow can I pair things with this via Bluetooth? It can discover them, but it takes so long to pair that it will never actually connect with ANYTHING.

• A:Answer I have a hard time pairing too. I discovered I need to unpair (disconnect) my bluetooth speaker from my cell phone, in order for the pairing to work on my tablet. Apparently your bluetooth devices can only be paired with one device at a time. At least that is the way mine works.
