Oh boy, the short answer is yes. The long answer is that it is not easy. It took multiple attempts, updates, then getting rid of some system updates to get it to work. After all that it still seems to work worse on a new tablet then it did on a 4 year old one. Somehow the google play store says the app is compatible on older tablets yet the store lists it as incompatible on this newer one.
