- Answer This particular model is wifi only. It has no space for a sim card and therefore cannot be used with a data plan. However, other versions of the same tablet are offered with connectivity to Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, etc. Just look around this site. Of course, those do cost more ...

QuestionHi, This will be my first Tablet! I am not tech savvy, will only be using for simple games and email. Is this easy to understand, set up, and use? Was going to order online, good idea or buy at location to have help with set up, etc? Thanks!

- Answer This is my third tablet. I am 87 years old and am not a tech guru. It was easy to set up,very much like my Samsung galaxy 9 cell phone. I mainly use it to read on Kindle and Nook apps. Also for E-mail,serius radio,Pandora and as a computer when I travel. I also can see Netflix and Amizon Prime video as long as there is WiFi. It also links to my other Samsung stuff. Geek squad is very helpful if you are a member. I set it up myself. I had a question and asked Geek squad in the store .They gave me an apt. for a tutorial so they could answer all my questions. Much faster than my old samsung tablet.

- Answer No it does not. My dad had me set this up and it just functions as a standard tablet. No extra accessories inside besides the ejector pin if I recall correctly.

- Answer Adobe Flash Player is an "add-on" to your web browser. Typically you would download adobe flash for you web browser and install it. There is two versions; one for Firefox and one for Chrome. Bottom line; Adobe Flash is specific to a web browser. You can't have Adobe Flash without a web browser.

- Answer Yes wifi only but will play anything you have downloaded without wifi. You can get a SD card and add up to 400 GB. That would be enough for 50 plus movies 1000 songs and more. Most business places such as MacDonald's, Dr. offices etc will have wifi to connect to if you chose to use the internet. You can also download into SD card many Netflix , Showtime movies (if you belong to it via your provider), all to watch hundreds of movies when not tied to wifi.

- Answer S Pen is NOT Supported. the "universal" stylus is, just like it would work on basically any touch screen made today, but it's NOT the same as the S-Pen active stylus.

- Answer My daughter watches YouTube on it and its pretty clear and no lagging issues of course its connected to wifi but seem to do pretty well overall a good tablet.

- Answer Not pre-installed like if you bought a Nook Tablet, but it is the same type of tablet (I have the first generation Nook Galaxy as well) and very easy to install both programs using Google Play. I actually installed Nook, Amazon books, Kobo Books, and Overdrive for library books easily and with zero issues. There is plenty of room in this tablet and Google Play app makes it very simple to install.

- Answer The 2019 model has 2 speakers at the bottom, one on each side of the charger port. I don't know if it's stereo or not but the sound is pretty good, not tinny. I'm very happy with it.
