• Yes... At least I think so. Have had no problems with Skype video or recording videos. If you plan to use it for professional purposes, then I would buy a tablet with an expensive camera.

• Skype video chats would work great on the tablet. As far as "recording" videos for youtube, this could definitely be done as the tablet has both front and rear cameras but be aware this is not the top of the line camera in the new Galaxy s7 and s7 edge so quality would be acceptable but not great.

• With the tablet I got like this even with getting micro sd card for more memory No the front camera would freeze up on skype video call the Samsung tap pro is much better
