If it's an InsignIa zip found out they are a Bestbuy product when I was there for the 4th time, he got a new one with security on it and began to set it up and that 1 didn'the work. Now he takes me over for something else and not happy with that. And it went on sale 8 days later, went right in and got the price mstch. I wouldn't buy a single thing from there. No knowledgeable employees and terrible customer services. Keep taking it in, exact same things that happened to me.
