I have not a problem connecting to other secured wifi....may want to check with who you purchased it thru...Best buy has a good team if purchased thru them.

Please try again later.It should update automatically. try this to reconnect to your wifi: Go to settings then wifi, press forget, then exit settings and power down the tablet. wait one minute then turn it back on. go back to settings then wifi choose your wifi provider and reenter your wifi pass code. hope this helps.
