This device does not have an HDMI port. If you don't have a smart tv but have HDMI inputs you can screen mirror to a simple device called an MS display adapter by Windows. Works via Bluetooth and WiFi is not needed. I got mine th US best buy over 4 years ago for about $50 and it still works perfectly and worth it.
