“I do not need to use this as a phone so can I use any wifi that I currently have? Is this phone made my Verizon? Do I have to have them repair it? Does the SIM card belong to Verizon only? I do not want to deal with Verizon. Thanks”

I assume you are asking about the Galaxy Tab E. If so, Idon't deal with any cell company either. I use my cable company wifi or hotels when I travel. Works just fine!
