Dear Lynn, The Samsung Galaxy Tab E 9.6 does have a model that takes a Sim Card, this model is ONLY available for Verizon. However the 8" model is available for every carrier. Now to answer your question about the keyboard cases, most 10" cases will fit the tablet and as long as the case has a Bluetooth keyboard you'll be good to go. Some good brands to look into I would say are; PureGear and Logitech.
