“Am I doing something wrong or is this the only tablet in the world that will not expand a video when you turn the tablet horizontal? It will not expand a YouTube video. Is there a setting I need on it I need to look at?”

Once you turn it sideways there should be an icon on the bottom right side of your video that you tap to expand.
