• The first charge usually takes a bit. Let it charge fully and see how long it lasts. If you get less than 10 hours & your next charge is slow, return it.

• The first initial charge for your tablet is very important because batteries have a memory. Typically it normally take about a full 8 hours for a good charge. There is no issue with your tablet, you just havw to leave it on there. After it charges to 100% a few times then it wont take as long later
