“Does this have the Android Nougat installed? Looks like it has it in the store model but Samsung has the most updated with 6.0 Marshmallow....Also, pictures of the box say 1.8 GHz processor, but Best Buy website says its 1.9 GHz. Thx”

My Galaxy Tab S2 came with Nougat (7.0) installed. I bought it a couple days after Christmas (2017). The processor speed is 1.8 GHz and it has 3 GB RAM. Hope this helps.

Please try again later.My Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8" (from Best Buy) was delivered with Android 7 (Nougat) already installed, and the same is true of one purchased by a friend. I suppose if you happen to get one that's been on the shelf a little longer, it might possibly have Android 6 (Marshmallow), but I assume that a quick check in the Settings menu for an OS update would yield a prompt download and install of Nougat. The formal specifications at Samsung's Website for this tablet indicate that it has 8 processors, 4 of which run at 1.8 GHz, and the other 4 of which run at 1.4 GHz.
