• I don't know about B&N, but I would think so. I use Amazon Kindle app and have no problem. The tablet comes with Kindle for Samsung ( They just pug Samsung name in the title) which is the same as Amazon Kindle and gives you a free book every month from a selection.

• Amazon's android Kindle reader is a great and cost effective source.

• This is a standard android device. Whatever app you are using on the Galaxy should be downloaded on the tablet and used.
