• Yes. I bought my Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 in December 2015 and it came pre-loaded with MS Office Basic: Word, Excel, One Note, Skype, and OneDrive. All programs function perfectly.

• Yes you can open Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OfficeLenz and some more. Google Play search for Office 365.
