“microsimcard inserted without the tray I bought this tablet in best buy last Monday. I got it today in the mail. My problem is I inserted the microsd card without the tray.The card stuck inside. Is best buy in store have service?I need some help to take it out.Thank you.”

I did the same thing. I was able to get the sim card out using a pair of tweezers and a straightened out paperwork clip. I braced the sides of the sim card with the two items and carefully juggled it forward until one corner extended from the case. Then I used the tweezers to grab through card and pulled it out. If this doesn't work for you, take it to Best Buy and have their Geek Squad remove the card.
