• Yes, but only if you're willing to "downgrade" to 32GB internal storage space. Thus far I've only found Best Buy selling the 64GB version and they are NOT selling the 4G LTE 64GB version. It maybe a limited time exclusive deal Best Buy has for the 64GB version. As internal space is like closet space (you can never have enough), the 64GB version is very important. PLUS with the security "enhancement" in KitKat preventing applications from using external media, the internal storage become so much more important.

• You have to buy it for the provider just like a phone.

• I know that At&T does sell this tablet with LTE coverage, easy to go to the web site for your carrier and find out.
