Yes. Easiest (free) way is to create a google account. Open the contacts app on your laptop and go to preferences and then accounts. You create a google account and copy your contacts to google. On your samsung tablet you use the same google account and your contacts will sync just fine. I created a google account when I purchased my galaxy s5 and I went into the contacts app and the calendar app on my macs and copied the data to the google account. Everything syncs just fine but now it is done through google instead of apple. I keep my bookmarks synced by using Chrome on my macs instead of Safari.
