• No there is only a slot for a Microsd card, but there may be a different model that does accept sim cards.

• Not right now. Later this year, Samsung will release a new version of this tablet with 4G LTE sim slot. This tablet only comes with a micro sd card tray for expandable memory.

• Depends which version you get but yes I believe there is a 4G version that will allow mobile data which requires a SIM card. Otherwise there is an SD-Micro slot to expand the memory if you want to.
