Yes, you can. But you will need to buy a good stylus that is very precise. That would be an additional $10-$60 -basic ones with the plastic disc tip to powered stylus to mimic what you can do with the Apple pencil. Another option is to buy Samsung S6 or S6 lite that includes a s-pen. Good luck; I like to draw too, and I've used a few Samsung Tablets.
