• You can answer but they can't hear you and you can't hear them and yes it does have blood pressure sensor my reason i got mine

• You can answer calls with your watch, but you can't speak or listen on the watch. You need to use your phone to talk and hear. So pretty much, no you can't. Also, no blood pressure sensor. But it can measure your heart rate.
