From the reviews I've watched, you can pair android watches with iOS and vice versa. I do not know about switching between them... But I would assume as long as you turn off the Bluetooth on whichever phone you're not using at the time that the watch would auto-connect to the one that has Bluetooth on.

I only have one phone but I have 3 smart watches. I can tell you I can only pair one watch at a time. My best guess is if it is a bluetooth connection, it would work.
