• This device does not have LTE or any cellular capabilities. I also wouldn't see any reason you couldn't use it across the pond.

• I don’t know about England. However I do know I have traveled to Australia and New Zealand and it works just fine there. It’s connected to your phone so I would expect anywhere your phone works your watch will work as well.
