Tap Set security. If you have not used Find My Watch before, tap turn on Remote connection. Set security will then become available. Next, tap Reset watch, and then tap Reset. Enter your Samsung account's password, and then tap Confirm.

When Reactivation lock is activated and the watch is reset, you will be prompted to sign into the Samsung account that was used to lock the watch. This prevents strangers from accessing personal data. If the Reactivation lock cannot be removed or if you've lost your Samsung account information, the watch will need service.
