Yes, you can send text responses back using your voice or a feature where you write on the watch face. It's a pretty thick watch even though it's the smaller of the two sizes. While I love the functionality, I might surrender it to my husband, because I think it's still too big/heavy for my wrist and I don't think my wrists are that small for a woman.

There are premade short responses you can use, but you can edit these or make your own which I advise doing. You are also able to respond by drawing letters or typing with a keypad or speaking to the watch and sending that as an audio clip or text. Since you have small wrists I think you should get the 42mm watch. Personally, I have the 42mm midnight black version.

You can also create texts. I got the 42mm version because I also have small wrists and it looks great. It's not too bulky and it's surprisingly lightweight.
