“I purchased the Galaxy smartwatch as a gift for my sister bday. She has TMobile as a carrier, and now that we are trying to connect the watch with the phone TMobile is telling us that the watch has only Bluetooth, but she need LTE SERVICE. Can you help?”

• We use Sprint and had no problem connecting watch to phone via Bluetooth

• If it is connecting only via bluetooth don't pay for the LTE service, my wife uses hers just fine with bluetooth only.
