• My last monitor was a Fitbit CHARGE HR2 and it did not monitor your blood pressure. The Samsung Galaxy watch will monitor your heart rate and sleep activity and even better, if you decide to take a break during a workout, the Samsung Galaxy senses the decreased activity and automatically pauses the collection of data for more accurate results.

• Yes when samsung gets the watches to work properly! Right now samsung is having a bad moment with the new galaxy watch! I have returned 2 watches so far and have been all over the samsung forums!
