A:AnswerNot sure i think its just a scam from best buy. I tried resetting my watch 4 times. I talked to a best buy associate and they just shrugged their shoulders said they couldn't help me and complained about the promotion. Google told me to contact samsung, samsung told me to contact best buy. Went in a full circle. The worst part is the promotion is the only reason i bought this watch now im outside of my return window.
