Same.. Live agent made an in store appointment to take care of this 2 yr LTE connection.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Went into the store and they dont know. Seems it is not available yet. See the Best Buy Watch Ultra (2025) page under "Features". It says Coming Soon Watch 8 and Ultra (2025) includes 2 yrs. Its not ready yet. Before presale it was on the main page of the watch that it included 2 yrs and small print, it's from Google FI.

Please update your new watch in the Galaxy Wearable app when update is available. Then once your device has been updated, please open the Galaxy Wearable app, navigate to your watch settings, then to mobile plans, and finally Setup mobile plans. *Google Fi phone plan not required. No changes to your current phone number or plan required. 4G data speed is included with the offer up to 500 MB per month, after which usage, data will slow to 256 kbps. Data will be capped at 1 GB per month. Voice calling over LTE is not supported. Reach out to Support at your leisure if you have any other questions for us.
