• The band is adjustable and I'm 6'2" and not the smallest or biggest person by any means but it is a comfortable fit with plenty of room to adjust for comfort.

• The included band will fit a variety of wrist sizes due to its design. I would consider my wrist size to be men's medium and there is enough excess strap to fit a larger wrist.
