Does this watch have accurate step count? And is the watch easy to set up? null

Pretty easy to setup. I found the step count to be pretty accurate, but if you fidget a lot or do some excessive arm movements you can definitely trick it (like with most devices).

I had the Watch Active 2 for 2.5 years before trading up to this one. One month in and I'm still a fan so far. Hope this helps.

The watch is easy to setup. But the accuracy is not prefect because vibrations during traveling, etc sometimes is counted as steps.

The watch is very easy to setup I had to setup several times due to switching to a new cellphone carrier due to resetting all devices to relink cellular communication SIM card. I cannot answer the step accuracy question. I can say it correctly monitors your sport activities as for as riding bike is concerned.
