No this is the same issue for the one I bought my wife also, I called samsung support and they told me that it is normal- the runtime isn't supposed or designed to last 24 hours on a single charge you will need to charge it 3 times throughout the day to have it operational for a 24 hour period can you imagine, Had I been given the chance I would've returned this unit the same day but now I am stuck with it, Another $200 down the drain...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same, otherwise I love it. I charge it while in Shower Eating Watching a movie Wish it had a car charger for my 45 min drive.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's not just you. Mine always needs to be charged at night, which is kinda frustrating because sleep tracking is next to impossible with it if you wear it all day. I don't believe it's a bad band, but if it is, I have one as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same problem. Battery life is horrible.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I returned my 1st one thought it was defective. Apparently design issue, my 2nd one does the same thing. When it detects a Dynamic Work Out it uses up the battery in 2 hours. In Settings, Workout Detection I turned off Alerts and all Activities to Detect. Battery no longer gets killed playing tennis, bowling, etc. I haven't experimented with turning any part of it back on to see which part or parts were killing the battery
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
