If have iPhone, the answer is NO, only quick notification If you have Android Phone, Yes, only quick reply and custom reply through Samsung gear apps

But the answer to your question is no, BUT you can reply to text or calls with a canned TEXT response. You can even create your own canned responses such as “Sorry can’t talk or chat right now” / “OK” / “Call you right back” etc. I think there may be about 8 or more that it comes preconfigured with.
