• Only the Gear S2 Sport is coming out sim enabled. It should be out within the next month

• Only the active version is coming in 3g to the best of my knowledge the classic will stay as a Bluetooth model only.

• It won't the 3G model will be the Galaxy Gear S2 Original which will come later this month if not mistaken

• The only announced 3G version is the standard Gear S2.

• No. Gear S2 (not Classic) will have cell connectivity. Classic will not.
