A:AnswerI have run into this problem when changing the battery on these things. I am assuming the watch is nowhere near hot much less too hot to charge - right? If so the battery is not connected properly in the guts of the watch. It real easy to not get it connected. I would wonder if you got this second hand or from Best Buy - if Best Buy geek squad should fix it FOR FREE. Good Luck.
