If so the battery is not connected properly in the guts of the watch. It real easy to not get it connected. I would wonder if you got this second hand or from Best Buy - if Best Buy geek squad should fix it FOR FREE. Good Luck.
A:AnswerWhen I bought mine it did not come with a manual so l looked online and discovered that the bottom button (when worn on left wrist) doubles as the power button when held down for a few seconds. Hope this helps.
