• it's compatible with any device via Bluetooth as long as the device is nearby to sync/pair with.

• I believe the non-LTE version of the watch is compatible with all carriers because it communicates with your phone via bluetooth. However, the LTE compatible versions are carrier specific. I do believe there is an ATT specific version.
