• Unfortunately, no to both questions. The Oculus Touch controllers are only compatible with a rift headset. And if you try to pair a second Gear VR controller it will simlly replace the one you are using. Some games do a surprisingly good job of simulating a single hand though, of course it's not Oculus Touch quality, but waving and other simple gestures in Wands for example are possible.
